Chayah Club empowers individuals through God-care, self-care and community care

BY PAUL JUNOR

Nicola McFadden is on a mission to fulfil her purpose, calling and vocation in life and make an impact as a kingdom ambassador in the world. She is a deeply compassionate change agent, innovative and creative business consultant with a vision to fill the world with the love, grace, hope and power of God in all areas. No one could have predicted that from her humble beginnings in Jamaica, she would become a global agent of change as a transformation consultant, executive coach and bestselling author.

She acquired a B. Sc.in Computer Studies in 1995, and a M.Sc. in Management Information Systems (MIS) in 2000 from the University of the West Indies. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) from Liberty University, which she started in 2019. Nicola worked as an information technology consultant in and in senior management and leadership positions for different companies.

Nicola is the author of the book, “CHAYAH!” which was published in 2018. The subtitle is “The Grit to Survive, Revive and Thrive from Devastation and Depression to Deliverance.” It is part of “A Spiritual Empowerment and Life Transformation Series.” In this book, she shares openly about the many personal challenges, difficulties, obstacles and failures she encountered and how she overcame them to become a change agent. She wrote four books in the 365 Live Fearlessly: A Fearless Faith Devotional & Journal for Life’s Journey, two books in the Daniel Fast: Closing the GAP series and three volumes in the Rebound Faith: CHAYAH! Series.

Nicola launched a new business venture, Nikimac Solutions Inc. on November 20th, 2011, as a consultancy firm that focuses on IT and business transformations. Since, it has expanded to become an international transformational firm that delivers innovative and effective solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. In this way, it is having a worldwide impact in the lives of business leaders, change agents, corporate executives and management teams through her unique understanding of systems, people and processes.

Nicola utilizes the Black-centric empowerment platform, “Upowerup” that seeks fundraising, crowdfunding, and grants to offer targeted empowerment and transformational programs, coaching, and services for Black lives. It is geared to Black men, Black women and Black youth. There are mentorship opportunities, leadership development and personal coaching in branding, web development and business solution services.

Nicola launched Mastermind Cafe as an executive development platform that offers seamless digital solutions for business and leadership transformation, including Diagnostics & I.T-Business Strategy, Brand Identity and Innovation and other services.

The term “Chayah” is of Hebrew origin and means “to live.” It is described as, “A vibrant hub dedicated to fostering faith, courage, and fulfilment in every Christian life.” It is the ultimate Kingdom Builder Hub for Christian sanctuary. It is not simply a social, business or spiritual entity, but its values, visions and core virtues are rooted in building God’s kingdom on earth. It is more than a club; it’s a movement, a community, a safe place, and a platform for Christians to grow, connect, make an impact, and leave a legacy.

In addition, she notes, “We are a passionate community of Kingdom Builders, living out our faith boldly and fearlessly. It ensures that personal growth transcends into a greater purpose, creating an impact that echoes throughout the Kingdom of God.”

Nicola hosts “Limitless: Learning, Growing, and Breaking Boundaries “as a platform to dive deep into the uncharted depths of leadership, entrepreneurship, relationships, and spirituality. The upcoming blog and podcast series will focus on: Understanding Resilience, Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Relationships and Kingdom Building, and Trials, Troubles, Tribulations, and Triumphs.
